DeepSignal User Guide
Upload Medtronic Percept JSON files, inspect available recording types, explore compatible signal views, and export structured outputs.
1. Upload and Start
Upload one or more Percept JSON files on the main page.
Click Begin Analysis to open the workspace.
Select a file in Uploaded Files to inspect it.
Use Save Project Session to store your current workspace state locally.
Use Load to reopen a saved project session and continue from where you left off.
2. Signal Explorer Tabs
Only tabs with detected data are shown for the selected file.
Available views can include Time Series, PSD, Spectrogram, Events, Chronic Narrowband, Impedance, and Metadata.
Use dropdowns per tab to choose recording/channel/event context.
Plots are interactive, with hover readouts, zoom controls, and view-specific toggles where available.
3. Analysis Context
Stimulation context is mapped to recording/event/chronic times using group snapshots.
Contact involvement is shown in concise format (example: 0-, 1+, Case).
Impedance view shows extracted contact/pair values and record times if available.
Exports and Project Sessions
Export All (.XLSX): multi-sheet workbook with parsed datasets.
Summary (.PDF): multi-page plot report with stimulation context per page.
Plot Image (.PNG): current plot image.
Plot Data (.CSV): current plot data table.
Save Project Session: stores selected files and workspace state in your local browser storage.
Load Project Session: restores prior local sessions for continued review.
Notes and Scope
All analysis runs locally in your browser. Uploaded files and analyses remain on your computer, with no server-side file uploads.
The site enforces encrypted connections (HTTPS) and strict browser security policies to reduce exposure to script injection, unsafe file handling, and embedded third-party content.
Security headers and content restrictions are applied across pages to limit where scripts, styles, media, and network connections can load from.
Data can still persist locally if you save project sessions in the browser or export files (CSV, PNG, PDF, XLSX) to your device.
Saved project sessions preserve workspace state and selected files for later reopening.
